I had the pleasure of going to the Cranbourne showroom for Climatise and met Christian and Amy. They were both great to deal with and very knowledgable. Christian was happy to show me around the showroom and the different types of heating and cooling options available that would suit our property including ensuring that I understood what the advantages and disadvantages of each product to suit our home and family requirements. All the staff were very welcoming and happy to assist. Highly recommend Climatise for heating and cooling requirements.

We recently had our ducted heater replaced by Climatise and we cannot fault them. The sales team were very helpful in organising a replacement quickly and the installation team had it done and dusted within a couple of hours. They even spent the time to show me how to use the new controller.I would highly recommend Climatise to everyone.

Our gas heater, which was 24 years old, had developed problems and Climatise replaced it for us. They were most helpful, professional and fair, in all their dealings with us. They advised us what unit to use as a replacement, and the job was completed on the day promised, with an absolute minimum of inconvenience to us in the house. Before the installers left our premises, we were patiently taught how to use the controller. (I am 77, my wife is 71, and neither of us are tech-savvy, so the careful explanation was greatly appreciated!). My wife and I are delighted with the performance of the unit, and with our dealings with Climatise. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this organisation to potential customers.
