Got a new split system installed with Climatise and they were great. Professional and installed it with no problems. I... had been told it was a technical install from another company but Climatise assured me it was a straight forward job and it was. They were also cheaper than other quotes I had.read more

All was sorted with the office and we were told our installation of our ducting heating unit will be installed on a... Thursday afternoon as the company says they had a job in the morning .Thursday comes so the installer “ Phil” arrives to start installation at 11am after two hours into the job, the installer claims he has a personal matter and won’t be able to come back until Saturday. Arrives Saturday 9:30 to finish up the job, cutting holes for the vents and installing the gas. The installer was here until 12:30, claims he has to go and get oxy to fit off the gas and also said he had to take his son somewhere and won’t be back for 2 hours......He returns at 4:30 pm and finished up at 6:30pm.Installer says that instead of making a direct connection to the gas meter it would be easier to uninstall a gas heater we had in our living room. We agreed to run a gas line through the wall. He also insisted he can get rid of the gas heater for free. He insisted on taking it and after telling him just to leave it in our yard he wasn’t very happy. After inspecting our old gas heater in the front yard after the installer left we discovered that installer Phil had gone ahead and removed all our copper parts which were from our heater. What’s funny is it’s all recorded on our surveillance camera .By far the worst experience we have ever had with any company. Especially if you want someone not equipped and not capable of working and completing the job. We have never had any issues previously.This is the first time ever we have left a google review, after being so disgusted as to to how unprofessional the installer was. Not caring as to the amount of money you spend , no consideration at all for the customers.read more

My parents got an LG 7kw split system installed by Climatise last week. It was professionally installed, the two blokes... were very friendly and helpful. They showed us how to operate the remote and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended!read more

We’ve had a gas log fireplace and pellet heater installed in two different properties . I highly recommend Climatise.... Tim provided us plenty of advice and assistance in picking the appropriate heaters for our home and also organized an installer to inspect our home to make sure it would work with the complicated location and restricted roofing. The installation was then no fuss and it’s made those cold winter nights nothing but pleasant. We had an issue with the pellet heater and this is why I gave them five stars , after two site visits to inspect and rectify the fault they decided it was best to replace the unit, the local distributor attended also replaced the unit and it’s been working perfectly since . I’ve always measured a business by their support and assistance post sales and Climatise has been exceptional. We are now in the process of getting a quote for split systems.read more
